Last updated 15 October 2026 · DRAFT: requires review by a qualified privacy lawyer before publication

Our assessment tools run entirely in your browser. The answers you give them are not transmitted to us, not stored on our servers, and not shared with anyone. Separately, if you choose to submit a case through our form, we hold what you send for twelve months and you can delete it at any time.

Who we are

[LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], [COMPANY NUMBER] is the data controller for this website. Contact: [email protected].

What our tools do not collect

The case evaluator and evidence checklist process your answers locally in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to Chain Pursuit. Closing the tab discards it. We do not require an account or an email address to use any tool on this site.

What we do collect

If you submit a case

Submitting a case is a separate, clearly marked step that you must actively choose. Nothing on this site sends us information unless you do.

What we hold: your name if you gave one, an email address or phone number, your country, the description you wrote, your consent choices, and your assessment result only if you chose to attach it.

What we refuse to hold: wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, seed phrases, private keys, passwords, credentials, identity documents, and your IP address. Our form actively rejects submissions containing wallet addresses or transaction hashes.

Retention: twelve months from submission, after which records are deleted automatically. You receive a reference number when you submit, and you can use it with your email address or phone number to delete everything we hold, immediately, at any time. Deletion is permanent.

Sharing: we share your submission with a third-party firm only if you ticked that optional box, and only after telling you which firm. We do not share with anyone else, we do not sell data, and we do not use your assessment result to set pricing or to qualify or reject you.

Deleting your submission

Email us at [email protected] with your reference number, or use the deletion endpoint with the reference and the contact detail you submitted. We do not ask you to justify the request.

Legal basis (UK/EU visitors)

Where GDPR applies, our legal bases are: consent, for anything you deliberately submit and for analytics cookies; and legitimate interests, for security logging and privacy-first, cookieless traffic measurement. We do not set analytics cookies without your consent. [CONFIRM WITH COUNSEL.]

International transfers

[DESCRIBE: where the entity and any partner firms are established, and the transfer mechanism relied on: adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Israel's EU adequacy status should be confirmed as current at the time of publication.]

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Because our tools do not collect your answers, in most cases we simply hold nothing about you. Exercise any right at [email protected].

Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies. Strictly necessary: a small record of your own cookie choice, so we can remember it and not ask again. This is always on and does not track you. Analytics (optional): set by Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, and only after you accept them in our cookie banner. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are set, because Google Consent Mode defaults them to denied. We do not set advertising cookies.

You choose through the cookie banner shown on your first visit. To change your choice later, clear this site's cookies in your browser and the banner will appear again. [CONFIRM THE FINAL COOKIE LIST AND NAMES WITH COUNSEL BEFORE LAUNCH.]

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

We will post changes here with an updated review date. Material changes affecting submitted cases will be notified directly.
